License and Membership Policy

This License Agreement and Membership Information document outlines the terms and conditions for the use of assets available through our membership tiers at Pixel Junction. By downloading and using our assets, you agree to comply with the following terms:

Membership Tiers

We currently offer two membership tiers at Pixel Junction:

Free Membership

    • How to Access: Sign up for a free account.
    • Cost: Free of charge.
    • Included License Type: Personel Use License.

PRO Membership

    • How to Access: Subscribe to our paid, monthly membership plan.
    • Cost: Monthly subscription fee.
    • Included License Type: Commercial License.

Refund Policy

  • All sales of the PRO membership plan are final. No refunds will be provided due to the nature of the products.

License Terms

Free License Terms

The Free License grants you the right to:

  • Unlimited personal use of assets downloaded under the free membership tier.

Examples of Permitted Use:

  • Create stickers for personal use.
  • Design mug wraps for yourself or as gifts.
  • Print t-shirts or other clothing items for personal use or as gifts.
  • Use our designs on a personal website.
  • Create other personal projects as long as they are not for sale.

Commercial License Terms

The Commercial License grants you the right to:

  • Commercial Use: Unlimited commercial use, including Print on Demand (POD), of designs/products created using assets downloaded while the PRO membership is active.
  • Continuation of Use: An active subscription is required to maintain a commercial license. If the PRO membership is canceled, you must cease all commercial use of the assets.

Examples of Permitted Use:

  • Print and sell clothing items featuring prints that utilise our designs.
  • Utilise our designs in creating educational materials, workbooks, or online courses for sale.
  • Use our designs on a commercial or business-oriented website or blog.
  • Create and sell other products using our designs through any sales channels.

Non-Transferability

  • Licenses are non-transferable and cannot be shared between multiple users or entities.

License Conditions

Regardless of the membership tier, you may not:

  • Resell or redistribute the original design files.
  • Sell or distribute digital products that feature largely unchanged versions of the original design files.
  • Use the assets in a way that directly competes with Pixel Junction.
  • Sell or give away the design as your own work.

Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold Pixel Junction harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the assets.

Termination

Your license to use the assets is effective until terminated. Violation of any of the terms will result in the automatic termination of your license, without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the assets and destroy any copies of the assets in your possession.

Examples of Violations:

  • Using designs for profit without a commercial license.
  • Reselling our designs as-is.

Intellectual Property

All design files provided by Pixel Junction are the intellectual property of Pixel Junction and/or its content suppliers.

The purchase of a membership and the usage of these files does not transfer ownership, and all rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Pixel Junction.

Updates to the License Agreement

Pixel Junction reserves the right to update this License Agreement at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the site and assets will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
